Hi Shannon,

It's nice to hear from you.  I hope you are well.

Please find attached a copy of the federal regs governing the client
assistance program (CAP), 34 CFR 370.  These regs were last amended in 1995,
following the 1992 amendments to the Rehab Act.  

Let me know if you have any questions.
