[Nfbc-info] pcell phones that talk and that have buttons

Hello all. I am currently a Verizon Wireless subscriber. I am currently using the Samsung Intencity three. It works okay in some situatioons, but doesn’t in others. Many of the menues talk to me. However, I am trying to hear my text messages. I am unable to get the phone set to text message readout. That particular menue is visual. Also, the quardy keyboard talks to me when the phone is not having to do anything for me such as sending a message or inputting a contact in my phone. Vewrizon technical support is trying to help me, but , after working there for three years, I understand that some if not most of the mannuals that are online, are very difficult to figure out. 

Does anyone know of a different phone that talks to me. 

NOTE: I tried a touch-screen phone for one day and was totally frustrated with it. 

I know that several blind individuals are able to use those phones, but for somne reason it doesn’t work for me.
