[Nfbc-info] ADA question

Lauren,
Unless you live in a rent ordinance jurisdiction (which is only in a
small handful of cities including Berkeley, Oakland, San Francisco,
and Santa Monica among others) a landlord can end your tenancy at the
expiration of your lease for any reason, or no reason at all.
In other words, they are under no legal obligation (outside of rent
ordinance cities) to give a tenant the reason their lease isn't being
renewed. If the landlord decides not to renew your lease they must
provide you with at least 60 days written notice.
Hope this helps.
Best,
Paul
