The Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) will convene two public meetings and
is inviting the public, particularly those who represent individuals, groups
or agencies, who are impacted by the Department of Rehabilitation's
Vocational Rehabilitation Services, including Supported Employment Services,
to provide public comment on the proposed 2014 State Plan.

Two (2) statewide meetings will be held on April 10 and 18, 2013 via
videoconference and teleconference at the following locations:

Wednesday, April 10, 2013 (1:00 pm - 4:00 pm) 
Sacramento, San Francisco, and Santa Rosa, CA 

Thursday, April 18, 2013 (9:00 am - 12:00 pm) 
Sacramento, Anaheim, Los Angeles and Riverside, CA 

Members of the public may participate at the Sacramento meeting via
conference-call.  Using a touch-tone phone, dial 1-877-929-8953 and enter
Participant Pass Code:  3748633#
