Hi,

As far as I know. You cannot keep SSI if you are out of the country for 
more than 30 days.

You can keep SSDI though.

I guess you could hope they don't notice, but I would be very careful.

When I told them I would be studying in India for 11 months, they 
immediately stopped SSI.
