[Nfbc-info] fundraising idea

Hi Marry, I apologize if this may sound like an ignorant question. But doesn't the board of directors and or the members have to vote on whether or not we should adopt this fundraising idea?
I think it is a great idea and quite frankly I am shocked that we are not already doing it. :-)
