[Nfbc-info] 2014 April Bulletin

Hi Rob,

I am also unable to open the bulletin.  I do use JAWS 13 but, that should 
not be the issue.  I have been told that because of the untagged images at 
the top of the bulletin that have been put in since November, this is an 
issue.  Most people on this list use a Braille Note or a Braille Sense and 
they automatically by pass all images.  So, maybe someone on the list 
wouldn't mind copy and pasting the bulletin without the images, we will have 
no problems.
