A great point. You always get a newsletter read more frequently by just
putting it in the body of an email than to drive a reader to open an
attachment. It would be a slight convenience for everyone, thanks.

Hi All,

It's usually a good thing to paste text of an attachment in an email and
attach the file. That way all bases are covered.

Sometimes, people will not open attachments since often times they bring
viruses along with them. This is one of the biggest reasons why it is best
practices to paste and attach.

Only open attachments that you trust, like our bulletins.

Perhaps Mary can attach and paste for all on the list in the future.
