Hello Mary- I enjoy reading our monthly bulliton. I don't have issues that
others have with being able to read the bulliton. I also know that you have
a lot of responsabilities in dealing with NFBC business, work and home. So,
I am willing to assist with any tasks you need in getting the bulliton out
to everyone.
Tina

Hi,
Copy and paste in regular font into an email message and send an attachment
with the large font. I know it is more work for you but I think that would
work the best.

Or, if there is a way to put it on the website and send us a link that goes
directly to the bulletin, that might work.
Thanks and many blessings,
Lauren

Thank you for the feedback. It is funny you should bring this up. So here
is my dilemma. I write the Bulletin in 16 point font so that large print
readers have access. Maybe I should stop this practice.
This issue in particular was at least five pages long. It wouldn't fit in
the body of a message. So I felt that I had to simply attach. So let's get
some feedback from the people who are reading it and sharing it with members
at chapter meetings.
Shall I reduce the print size and paste it in?
Shall I copy, paste and attach?
Shall I shorten it and just paste it into the body of a message?

Tell me what you think.

A great point. You always get a newsletter read more frequently by just
putting it in the body of an email than to drive a reader to open an
attachment. It would be a slight convenience for everyone, thanks.

Hi All,

It's usually a good thing to paste text of an attachment in an email and
attach the file. That way all bases are covered.

Sometimes, people will not open attachments since often times they bring
viruses along with them. This is one of the biggest reasons why it is best
practices to paste and attach.

Only open attachments that you trust, like our bulletins.

Perhaps Mary can attach and paste for all on the list in the future.

LM
