[Nfbc-info] Blind Judge Makes History, Joins Michigan's Supreme Court

While I am happy that a blind person made it to such high position, it sort of embarrasses me the way this blind person is portrayed. Several times it is mentioned in the article that he does things a certain way because he's blind. That gives sighted individuals a bad image about  blind people. They already feel that we are incapable of performing many tasks, and saying that this person needs a reader or can't communicate through email is an added bonus to that negative portrayal.
