Commensurate with education and experience Hours: Full-Time exempt  Job
Summary: Under the direction and supervision of the CEO, the Director of
Client Services will be responsible for the management of the vision
rehabilitation training, counseling and volunteer programs provided by the
San Diego Center for the Blind. This individual will establish and manage
systems to ensure services are provided at a high degree of quality, safety

and efficiency to effectively meet the needs of the clients, staff and

 Qualifications       

 

Qualifications:  1.Masters degree in human services, education of the vision
impaired, or a related field. 2.Organizational and administrative
experience/knowledge working with disabled populations 3.Minimum of 3-5 yrs.
human resource experience 4.Experience in supervising both paid staff and
volunteers. 5.Ability to communicate effectively and exhibit appropriate
public relations skills within the organization and in the general
community. 6.Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills specifically

in Word, Excel and database systems. 7.Bilingual (English/Spanish)
preferred.
