Rob, I suggest you contact the Microsoft support team I gave you the 
number to while back. I'm sure they can trouble shoot it. I haven't had 
that problem before, mostly I just wait until the updates do their 
thing. Let me know wheter or not you still have the number...will be 
happy to give it to you again if you need it.
