The California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) announces the following
exam information.  The exam bulletin for the Office Assistant (General) and
Office Assistant (Typing) open, non-promotional examination is now posted on
the  <http://www.jobs.ca.gov> www.jobs.ca.gov web site for testing in San
Bernardino and Los Angeles County (click on the link below for the
bulletin).

The bulletin states the following important filing information:

CalHR is introducing the Prequalification process for this examination. To
learn more about this new process please review the "Filing Instructions"
noted on the bulletin. The examination bulletin will provide individuals
with the Self-scheduling link. Self-scheduling for this examination is
offered on a first-come-first-served basis for each written exam date.
Please be aware that, although seating is limited and scheduling will
conclude once all seats are filled for a specific written exam date,
additional self-scheduling dates and test locations may be posted.

Self-Scheduling Opens:  Friday, April 10, 2015 at 2pm

Location:                               Sacramento 

Written Exam Dates:             April 13, 2015 thru April 17, 2015

        
Self-Scheduling Opens:  Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 2pm

Location:                               Patton State Hospital, San
Bernardino County

Written Exam Dates:             April 18, 2015

Self-Scheduling Opens:  Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 2pm

Location:                               Los Angeles 

Written Exam Dates:             April 25 and April 26, 2015

Test locations for other counties are anticipated soon.  Check this bulletin
periodically for updates. The California Department of Human Resources
