I am emailing on behalf of the National Library Service for the Blind and
Physically Handicapped (NLS), Library of Congress. The That All May Read
campaign has launched and I encourage you to visit the new NLS

the Council of State Administrators of Vocational Rehabilitation will be
able to help us spread the word about NLS.
