[Nfbc-info] phone

Well, where do I start? The 1st phone had issues with the speaker and then
finally went dead. The same thing happened to the 2nd phone. The 3rd phone
has buttons that stick & yesterday, for what ever reason, I pressed the
dial tone button & got no dial tone. The phone was completely charged, but
even though it was completely charged, I had to put it on the charger for a
few seconds to get it to work normally again. The company that makes these
phones is more known for making phones for the deaf. Another issue is that
the caller ID doesn't say anything until after the 2nd ring. I was told that
this was the way all of this type of phone will work.
I hope this helps.

Good morning Rob
what seems to be the matter with your phones and why do they keep breaking
down and is it the same issue. Every time?

Subject: [Nfbc-info] phone
Hello all:
As many of you know, I tried the Free California phone program. I have had
nuthing but bad luck with these phones. In the past 3 months, I have gone
through 3 phones. Does any out there know of a good but not real expensive
phone that would at least have a talking caller ID?
The California free phone program said they will not give me another phone
if this 1 breaks down. This 3rd phone is about ready to break down. Any help
would be appreciated.
Thanks.
