[Nfbc-info] Elderly blind Inglewood California man is decapitated

It actually happened several days ago and I've been following the case. I 
wondered if anyone in that area knew him or more details that hadn't been 
released to the media as it appears there are no leads and today's coverage 
involved the offering of a reward for information.

This morning Los Angeles news stations reported the decapitation of an 
elderly blind man this is appalling! This is obscene!
