Yes, do exactly as they say as for feedback and yes I gathered something 
was fishy with the LOC servers. Perhaps they need a bandwidth upgrade or 
maybe just maybe they need some time to figure out what is causing this 
then they hopefully will get back to us. In the meantime, I suggest you 
enjoy the books you do have at your leisure until it gets fixed. Smiles.
