Hi Lauren,
Here's a few ways to contact uber Support. Go to your email account; the one
listed with Uber. Type the following email address: ubersupport.com. You can
also do this from the settings menu in the Uber app.
I've been in contact with this team on a number of occasions including
denial of a ride based on disability, a driver going way out of the way
which resulted in an excessive charge and problems with the Uber app. To a
large extent the team wants to be helpful and understanding. To a lessor
extent responses seem scripted. To a much smaller extent this team seems to
turn the tables and comes across as making me the problem. Overall, I want
to believe that Uber has good customer service and does care about our ride
experiences. In the end the proof is in the pudding.
I hope this helps.
From,
Lisa I.

Hi,
A few days ago I posted about challenges with the Uber app's request button
not always appearing at the bottom of the page. I also mentioned that I'm
noticing some correlations; the button not appearing and then appearing once
surge pricing has kicked in. Half a dozen emails later I received a message
from Uber acknowledging the issue with the request button. Please, if you
are noticing that the request button does not always appear or voiceover
doesn't announce "request button", please email Uber Support.
Here's the response I received regarding the issue with the request button.
