HIMS is looking to expand our technical support team. We have an immediate opening for a Technical Support Specialist. Candidates should have a minimu7m of 3 - 5 years experience in telephone technical support and/or Braille products training, knowledge of or being a user of Braille notetakers is desired. Microsoft Certification (or other computer certification) is a plus. This position is based at the HIMS corporate headquarters in Austin, TX, so candidates should be willing to relocate (relocation expenses will be considered).
