Respectfully, I disagree on whether it's discriminatory.  I would change it
to 5 minutes, to allow slower people more time to find and reach the
vehicle.  I think it's business sense to allow 2 minutes, but only in
high-demand circumstances: sports game days, rush-hour traffic.
