Hello All:

I surely hope that everyone is having a good and healthy holiday season.  I
am writing to remind all who have attended the monthly At Large Chapter
conference call chapter meeting that Thursday, December 8 at 7:00 p.m. will
be the last one for this year.  We will hold elections on January 12, 2017.
All chapter offices are up for election.  In particular, we are looking for
a President, Vice-president, Secretary and a Treasurer, as well as two
members of the Board of Directors.  The President and Vice-president must be
blind.  The Secretary and the Treasurer can be sighted friends or family who
support the goals of the National Federation of the Blind.

 

The purpose of the At Large Chapter is to give those who cannot get to a
local meeting the opportunity to keep up on current events and stay informed
and engaged in the NFB.

 

At this months meeting, we will discuss the role of each officer.  Hop on
the line at 7:00 to ask any questions that you might have about the National
Federation of the Blind.
