Hey, I forgot to mention one very important thing. Thank you Lisa for making the transportation arrangements. It can be tricky to coordinate schedules. I appreciate you taking that duty off my hads.

Hello, I would like to add to Alice's wonderful commentary. First I really appreciate all of her hard work and pulling together this trip. She has been planning this outing for about three months.

I particularly enjoyed learning about the Monterey aquarium's phone app which enables those of us who eat fish to choose fish that are sustainable. For those of you going to Orlando you may wish to try the delicacy a lionfish. Who would think of eating a lion fish? Well they are overtaking that area of the United States. And that is why restaurants are putting together delicious menu options.

We were also able to feel a raised timeline that shows the depletion of CO2 in the atmosphere. Additionally we were able to see colorful fish and learn that some fish I forget which grow up to 300 pounds. We used to think that's a lot of tacos however this fish was still a very young fish.

I really enjoyed the fact that our young Chapter family joined us. It was fun to once again hold a toddler who squealed with the light it's seeing the various fish float around.

About a year ago one of our chapter members Kyle what are began the practice of something called brags and rags. Basically you pay to brag or you pay to drag. We were able to use this petty cash to pay for the tickets for both volunteers. We also purchased their lunch.

Once again, thank you very much Allison and Depner for putting together this amazing day at the aquarium.

Thoughtfully,
Lisa Irving, Chapter President
