Hello All,

As convention draws near I want to remind you all of our California Caucus
on Saturday July 2nd @ 6:00 - 8:00 pm in Sekawi 6 level 2.  During the
caucus I will be collecting Banquet tickets for the Banquet exchange.

For those who are new I would like to explain the process.  When you
register you receive a Banquet Ticket, however this is just a ticket saying
you want to attend.  I then collect tickets at the Caucus and then exchange
them for a ticket which has a table number.  This way all of California is
near each other.  Each table seats 10.    I then pass those back to you
during general session prior to the Banquet.

I will be doing it a little different this year as folks hand writing is
getting difficult to read.  I will be in the back of the room with my
laptop.  When you hand me your ticket I will write your name and whom you
wish to sit with during the Banquet.  Also, I will only be collecting
tickets during the caucus on Saturday.  I will then exchange all tickets
first thing Sunday morning.  If you do not bring your ticket to the caucus
you will need to exchange it yourself.  I would make the following
suggestion, when you get your banquet ticket fold it in half and place it
behind your name badge so you have it with you when you attend the caucus.
