[Nfbc-info] Another computer geek question

Hi,
If you are using Outlook, with Windows 7 or 10, you can create separate
folders for different subject areas. You do
Control plus shift plus the letter E to create a new folder by naming it.
Then you tab to the next field that says something about the type of info
that's going to be in the folder (messages, etc). Then tab again if you want
to put the new folder under inbox. (I have all of mine under inbox so
they're easier to locate.

To move an email message to that new folder, do
Control plus shift plus the letter V as in Velcro, and enter and the item
will be placed into the new folder.

To access the folders, do
Control plus the letter y. Then type the first letter of the name of the
folder you want and enter. Or you can up and downarrow to find the folder
you want.

I don't know how to flag messages but my thought is that even if you flag
certain ones, they'll get lost in the shuffle if they're stacking up in your
inbox.
Thanks,
Lauren

Subject: [Nfbc-info] Another computer geek question

OK, here is another computer question.

How can you flag a message using JAWS?

I have over 2,000 messages built up in my inbox. I am noticing more and
more that as time goes on messages get pushed down and new ones come in
which means that I forget about the one that came in last week but still
require my attention. I try to clear out the ones that do not require
action but sometimes I just cannot get to that reply immediately. By the
time I go back to the computer I have 75 more messages. Now those that are
important are now buried way, way down there and thus get forgotten.

Anybody have any suggestions?
