[Nfbc-info] Today's San Diego Chapter meeting

Hi, 

 

Today was a great meeting. One of our board members HAVA, Helping Americans
Vote Act. The information is very timely given that the Calif. Primary
election is next month. Our chapter secretary did an excellent presentation
about very inexpensive and practical ways to organize the home. She'll
probably kill me for telling all of you that her workshop would be an
excellent workshop for state convention. 

 

We also voted in a young couple  into the chapter. Daniel is an Assistive
Technology Instructor and Elizabeth is a homemaker and mother to a highly
energetic toddler. The couple is expecting their second child within the
next couple of months. I foresee a baby shower down the road.
