[Nfbc-info] Uber technologies abandons customers we can no longer send email complaints

Sent from my iPhone please be advise that Uber customers can no longer email Uber support. This includes not being able to send complaints about denial of rides on the basis of disability.

I have made multiple attempts to use the Uber help menu specifically the section where feedback can be provided to Uber technologies however, the submit button is not accessible. Here is what I mean. After you rate the driver then you double tap the blue submit button no problem right that same blue button appears at the bottom of the screen however when you or I tap that button it does not work.

A "work around quote was provided by an Uber support employee named Cameron. He stated that if you do 83 finger swipe from the bottom up you should be able to use the button I think I'm missing something here it hasn't yet worked. I was trying to say a three finger swipe not an 83 finger swipe LOL!
