Hello.

Attached you will find the 2016 CTDAC scholarship application.

This year we are awarding one $500 scholarship and one $250 scholarship. Anyone attending a four-year college or a junior college in California is eligible for the scholarship.

The rest of the requirements for eligibility are found on the application attached.
