[Nfbc-info] Traveling on trains

Hi Jordon,
What I do is to find the bottom step with my cane and then move to right
using my cane to find the railing. I then move my cane to my left hand and
grab my suitcase with my left hand, so, my left hand holds both. I use the
railing to guide me up or down the steps of the train. I also let the crowd
of people go first.
If you have a set of steps where you live you could practice with your
suitcase empty a couple of times before your next trip!
Joy

one of my bags I accept."

I am not so trusting no way no how!

When traveling, I carry a pouch I bought at national convention that
wraps around my waist, and I take a rolling carry on. That leaves my
right hand free for the cane.
