511 definitely deals with van pools.

https://511contracosta.org/driving/vanpool/

I googled vanpool concord Ca, and found several results, no idea if any of them will get you to San Jose.

If you're going to look at public transit options, then bart to caltrain to lightrail is one options. It's over 2 hours of travel.

Bart to Freemont or Warm Springs, and then bus into San Jose is another.

Bart to Freemont/Warm Springs, and then Ubering to the office is another.

Also, depending on where you are working, you might ask if they're running shuttles. Getting from Concord to South San Jose will be a real problem for anyone, not just for those of us who can't drive.

Hope this helps,

Jim

I would be going from Concord California to south San Jose and I was just wondering if you guys had any recommendations The thing is that I have a job offer that pays 30 bucks an hour five days a week and I really want to find a ride sharing service. Any recommendations you can give me would be most helpful to me. Thank you for your time sincerely Chela Robles
