Hi, first of all ever lee I reached out to this lady and Rick and I will consider hosting her.
To answer the question below typically these programs work in one of two ways. Either the student pays the standard fee and they can be placed in a family anywhere in the United States. Or to the student pays an additional fee to select the region such as California Nevada etc. that they can be placed in. It doesn't say below whether or not she is eligible to be placed anywhere or specifically in California.
Rick and I have posted a few students. It's a very fun and rewarding process but definitely isn't for the faint of heart. LOL I'm happy to answer any question someone may have.
