It isn't just the space but how much space is in one location and how much
it would cost to move people from one place to another if one hotel is not
large enough.

Yes, but that space is not cheap. San Diego is a very iN DEMAND tourist
location around that time of year, so will be hard to get that space at a
reasonable price.

Keep in mind that the main reason we are in Florida for all this time is
that we have a benefactor there who is willing to let us use his Hotel
property at a very discounted rate.
