Thank you EverLee and to all of my NFB family! For now we are safe but have no idea when the mandatory evacuation will be lifted. We feel blessed beyond belief that out home was one of just a few spared, especially since the devastation surrounds our house for miles to the north, south, east and west.

We cannot tell you how much being a part of the NFB has changed our lives (both Cal and me) and I'm saddened that the last five years have been so overwhelming that I have not been able to be active. We have dealt with our house robbery/arson, Cal having Cancer, me having back surgery, our daughter having cancer and now this. In spite of everything we still know we are very blessed on many fronts and having a family like all of you is definitely one of our blessings!

We appreciate all of the support you have always given and any prayers we can get!

Love and blessings to all!
The Sanders - Cal (our very own Whozit), Melissa and Smokey

We may have to evacuate later this evening or tomorrow depending on the wind conditions. I have many friends in the wine industry who have lost everything. Thank you all for your support!
