Hello All, 

  This is in an indirect regard to your insert into the NFBC. Digest. Which is to say it's not the same subject, but it involves guide dogs. I just got my emails going again after a year and a half. What ever happened concerning the problem of the Guide dog board? I remember last I heard we were making a concentrated effort to have our legislature get rid of it once and for all, us being the only state in the union with the Guide Dog Board. Did we ever finally  succeed in that effort?
