Role:
As a senior specialist, you are accountable for a diverse portfolio of
accessibility efforts across the company.  If you are self-directed, highly
collaborative, and have a growth mindset - we are looking for you. As a
senior specialist, you will:

   *   Drive accessibility initiatives – you will consult and provide
subject matter expertise on disability inclusion; conduct accessibility
reviews for products, processes and systems; facilitate training and
coaching sessions; collaborate with cross-functional teams; assist in
setting up an empathy lab
   *   Manage communication – you will curate and refresh content on our
Accessibility Resources and Services website, develop an editorial calendar,
create an ongoing and meaningful presence on internal social media channels,
monitor the accessibility inbox
   *   Track metrics - you will track performance and outcomes for
accessibility projects, assist in the preparation of reports and
accessibility dashboard; monitor and track vendor contracts and
accommodation equipment inventory

We’d love to hear from people with:

   *   Subject matter expertise in disability inclusion, accessible design,
and Deaf culture
   *   Strong collaboration skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and
lead cross-functional teams
   *   Communication skills that are culturally respectful and effective
across a variety of audiences
   *   Ability to drive and track projects, prioritize and juggle multiple
tasks
   *   American Sign Language a plus
