[Nfbc-info] NFBC-Info Digest, Vol 164, Issue 2

After reading this issue of our NFBC-INFO-DIGEST, I called our State President and left him a message concerning the problems blind students are being unreasonably restricted in how they're being trained by orientation and Mobility Instructors. I'd like to know at least some of the specifics so I can help to change this unnecessary restriction. I can't wait to hear more from Shannon Dillon on this matter. Training in Orientation and Mobility (or as we so rightly call it in the NFB), travel training, should never be restricted except for age appropriateness only. The world needs to be as posative as we can make it for these students.
