Hi Everyone,

Please distribute this notice with the subject line "Thanks for
AB-947".  Please do not forward this email.

It's very important that we acknowledge the tremendous contribution of
the Assembly Member who got our new law through to signing.  We hope
to re-approach the legislature in another year to push for an ECC
mandate in California, and we will need an author for that bill.
Please help show Assembly Member Sharon Quirk-Silva that we honor and
