[NFBC-Info] Hybrid state convention.

Why not do a hybrid state convention?  Other groups that are blind as related and in the blindness movement are doing hybrid state conventions.  Why not the National Federation Of The Blind Of California?  A hybrid state convention is a  convention where we would have people on site and in person (Like me,)  as well as, virtually on zoom.
