I, Dr. Navdeep Kalidhar, am writing on behalf of Trinity International 
Investments as Senior Manager in our International Healthcare Division. 
Based out of Ottawa, Canada, we are an international private investment 
portfolio management consortium focused on humanitarian projects with 
an overarching goal of bringing well-being to the general population of 
Canada and the world.

As an extension of our organization’s broader vision and mission, we 
are involved in the development and implementation of various 
healthcare projects, and we are also working in collaboration with the 
Canadian Council of the Blind (CCB) on such various initiatives as 
Mobile Eye Clinics (MEC) and accessibility in education sector.

In keeping with the above, our partners have developed the Investment 
Foundations Program (IFP) — an online educational financial module, 
tailor-made for the PWBLV (people who are blind or have low vision) 
community with all accessibility requirements taken into consideration 
— to help people from the community in upgrading their professional 
credentials and finding better employment opportunities. A self-paced 
online program, where students can earmark and devote time based on 
their convenience, its completion comes with a globally recognized 
certification. We are offering this program on scholarship (enrolment 
will be free). Please feel free to share referrals of candidates who 
you think might be genuinely interested in reaping the benefits of this

Furthermore, we intend to lead by example, and we are looking to hire 
candidates from the PWBLV community for various roles within the 
organization. The job descriptions for these positions are attached 
herewith. We could set up a virtual interview and have candidates 
on-boarded in February/March. There is no restriction on the base 
location of these employees; they are encouraged to work remotely from 
anywhere. We would provide the necessary tools (equipment and software) 
along with on-the-job training. For candidates with the right mix of 
attributes such as qualification, enthusiasm, and temperament, we may 
be able to create positions for them. Again, we would very much 
appreciate referrals from you.

Also, it would be an honor for us to be able to volunteer and
