The iCanConnect program (ICC), also known as the National DeafBlind Equipment Distribution Program, provides free equipment and training to low-income DeafBlind individuals for the purpose of long-distance communication. This includes email, texting, phone calls, video phone calls, video conferencing, social media, and other web-based communication. LightHouse for the Blind – San Francisco manages ICC for the entire state of California.
