Hi all,

We're a research team at UC Berkeley working on accessible household robots
for blind individuals. We're conducting a remote online study to understand
blind people's preferences for robot communication, and we're looking for
participants.

*What you’ll do (about 1 hour):*

   -

Watch short videos of robots doing everyday household tasks (with spoken
   descriptions)
   -

Answer a few questions after each video about what happened and what
   information you would want

*Compensation:* $30 USD (cash deposit or giftcard)
*Format:* Remote + asynchronous (complete on your own schedule, but within
a week)
*Eligibility:*

   -

   Age 18+
   -

Blind and primarily use a screen reader (not relying on remaining vision
   to watch the videos)

We apologize for the tight timeline, but due to an upcoming deadline, we
are hoping participants can complete the study by *Wednesday night (Jan 28)*.
If you’re interested and able to participate by then—or if you have any
questions—please email me at minahuh at berkeley.edu.

Thank you so much!
