Due to the sensitivity of this matter, we were able to secure a series of vet appointments specifically for guide dog users in order to get credentials in a timely manner. We have secured a series of vet appointments scheduled in a block of time on the morning of July 7th. At this appointment, a vet would sign and submit the eCVI so your dog can enter California from Texas, and submit the necessary entry permit information to California. If you would like to make use of this option, please send me and Danielle Larsen your name, dog's name, phone, and your email address. Vet location: We will provide vet information to any one who request an appointment to avoid confusion with appointment management. The vet is 13 minutes from the hotel by Uber / car in low traffic times. Uber is about $20-$30 each way, also depending on traffic times. There are bus options as well. Estimated costs: -The cost for the vet appointment and documentation would be about $150. My email and phone number are: address is shannonldillon at gmail.com 415-218-5862 Danielle Larsen's email address is larsendn at icloud.com 909-668-3541 Please let us know your name, email address, phone, and dog's name. Please also note that we only have 7 appointments available and cannot guarantee additional appointments will become available. -- SHANNON L.
