Hello Robert,

Is it alright for me to deposit $20.00 for Joe and my dues?  I plan to go to
the bank this week and send you the Treasury Report for November.  After the
meeting will you please send me a report of the money that we took in and
paid out for this month so that I can get back on track with my report?  I
know that we do not meet in December, but, I want to be right for January.

I am writing to let you know, that Saturday November 12th will be our next
Chapter meeting.
We will be discussing our Best in Tech event fundraising and our Holiday
party.
Which you will want to bring $25 to pay for your meal.
Also, if you have not already done so, remember to bring $10 for your dues.
I look forward to seeing all of you on Saturday, and if you can send me an
e-mail to let me know if you will or will not be able to make it I would
appreciate it.
