[NFBC-SFV] Do you want to take Uber to Bob's instead of Access, for only $2?

This might be a better question to ask at the chapter meeting, but in regards to the flat rates...
I previously got a ride pass in July/September, but didn't get offered one for the month of October.
Do you know if these are random? Or was there a way you guys were able to get them for October?

In past months I had received an e-mail with a link/time they would go on sale, but not October.
