[NFBC-SFV] fishing license application

Hello all,

Attached here is the application form to get your free fishing license. You will notice that the form says 2017. I guess they have not updated yet the form online, so we will use this one. After this has been approved you only have to purchase your stickers every year for the ocean enhancement or whatever kind of fishing you want to do. The stickers can be purchased at Walmart or any sport store.

Have your doctor sign this paperwork and hand the signed paper to me or Robert at the next meeting so we can give it to our fishing club president. He told us that he will take care of taking it down to the Fish and Game office. Please attach any other documents being asked on the form when you hand them to me or Robert.

When I first applied for my license, I purchased my ocean enhancement sticker right then which I noticed is not indicated on this form. I'll find out how that works now so I will let you know in the next days or so. For the meantime have your doctor sign this paperwork and turn them in so we can plan our fishing trips.
