Hi Sheila,
 The cake will be served outside during lunch.  
I am sure we can use our regular full size plates for the cake.  The forks
have already been offered by Betsy.  You can offer to arm wrestle her for
the chance to bring the forks!  Lol

Yes, the meeting and speaker will be at our home.  If the weather permits we
will be on the covered patio so, bring a light jacket.  If it is raining we
will squeeze inside the living room.
Please schedule your Access pick-up from 2:30 p.m. on.

Betsy, thanks for offering to bring supplies.  We could use about 20 forks
for lunch!  Thanks!
