[NFBC-SFV] Adopt-A-Student for the Holidays 2018

Hello! The Adopt A Blind or Visually Impaired Student for the Holidays
committee invites you to contact schools, organizations or people you
know and share the attached document. It is in Word 2010 format. Both
cover sheet detailing our goals and application is included. The
application is large print format. It can be completed on a computer
by filling in fields and using drop down lists on the form. Of course
it can also be printed and filled out by hand or typewriter (yes, they
still exist!) We request entries are received by Friday, October 19,
2018.
