Hello Robert,
I am up early to get ready with Joe for work as usual during the week. Our weekend days off are important to us. It is 50 miles to your house and, although this is far, morning works because the day is not over when we get home from the meeting at about 2:00 P.M. Chatsworth is 60 miles away and the afternoon will not work for us as the whole day will be pretty much done after traveling 120 miles and going to a later meeting. We vote “No” on this suggestion. We love our chapter so we choose to come the 100 miles and spend time with you all. The refreshments are a way of enjoying each other’s company and I think that this sharing would be missed. We never mind bringing refreshments when it is our turn. If the meeting gets changed to afternoons in Chatsworth, Joe and I will be regretfully forced to find another chapter. San Fernando Chapter will be much missed as I hope that we will be missed.
Sincerely,
Sharon and Joe

Subject: [NFBC-SFV] Chapter Meeting Location
Hello All,
I need everyone's input on the possibility of a new location for our monthly Chapter meeting.
I have run this by the board, and have mixed reactions.
A new location has been found in Chatsworth, at the Train station.
The facility has someone meeting in the morning, so we could not meet until 2:30 in the afternoon.
Besides the late start to our meeting, we would not be able to have refreshments, as the facility will not allow it.
I need to know if meeting from 2:30 to 4:30 in the afternoon is too late in the day, and if refreshments is something you really like.
I need to know by the beginning of next week, as I would need to go and sign paperwork if we are going to change, but if members prefer early meetings, then we will continue for the time being at my home.
Thank you,
knowledge
