Hi,

Though I may not be at the meetings often right now due to my current work schedule, the morning time is till preferable for me. As several people already stated, keeping the meeting time in the morning gives you time to continue on with your day and whatever else you need to take care of.

Also, I understand that it had been difficult to find a new location for the meetings, but we may want to try not to make the location too far into the valley. I live out of the valley now too and we have members that chose to join our chapter despite of the distance so we may want to consider keeping the location relatively close. As Julian had said, we worked hard in getting our chapter to where it is now so let’s not cast aside that work done and efforts made.
