Greetings Friends and Family!

It’s time for the 15th Annual Los Angeles VisionWalk and I need your help!

 

VisionWalk is a major event put on by the Foundation Fighting Blindness (FFB) in order to raise money to find cures for degenerative eye diseases. I have been involved with FFB for fifteen years now, and VisionWalk is by far my favorite event because it's a chance to raise money for an amazing cause while having fun with your loved ones!

 

As many of you know, I was diagnosed with an incurable degenerative eye disease called Retinitis Pigmentosa (RP) when I was 7 years old. As a result, I am now legally blind during the day, 100% night blind, and over time, I may go completely blind. The challenges I am faced with because of this disease have been overwhelming at times, but I have found peace of mind through the FFB, and through choosing to adopt a positive outlook on life.

 

When it comes to donating, every cent counts and will ensure that people like me have a brighter future. The support that I've received from friends, family, and even strangers year after year means everything to me, and I couldn't be more grateful. Please help me make this year's VisionWalk an even bigger success!
