The Department on Disability is currently assisting the Los Angeles World Airport (LAWA)’s Emergency Management Division in recruiting volunteers for their upcoming Air Exercise (AirEx).




Join us Tuesday, April 19th from 7:00 am - 2:00 pm for this volunteer opportunity at LAX. All volunteers with disabilities are welcome and encouraged to participate!




Volunteers will play as mock victims and will receive:
   
   - Continental breakfast
   - Boxed lunch
   - A free gift for participating




To get a sense of attendance, please register at bit.ly/lawa-airex.




Volunteers must be vaccinated and wear a mask. Be prepared to provide proof of vaccination at check-in on the day of the event.
